How long does it take for me to receive my order?

You should expect delivery of your PayPal/credit card orders 5 to 10 days after your order is placed. Expect money order orders 5 to 10 days after your order and payment is received.

I ordered multiple CDs, but I've only received one. What happened to the others?

Sometimes CDs are mailed separately. Thus you may not receive them all on the same day.

How long are the CDs? What is this part 1, 2 and 3 thing about?

All CDs are 65-80 minutes long. The online mixes are divided into 3 parts, each 19-25 min long. When you order one part you get the entire CD (all three parts).

I received my order but the CD is broken. What should I do?

All CDs are guaranteed. If the CD is damaged or broken during shipment it will be replaced free of charge. Please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to notify us.

I don't have a PayPal account. How can I make a purchase?

There are now two ways to make a purchace without a PayPal account.

1. Use a money order.
   Click on any of the "USE MONEY ORDER" links on the shop page to access the money order form. Fill it out, print it and mail it in with your money order.
   
   
2. Use a credit card.
   An actual PayPal account is not required to make a payment through PayPal. Any credit card can be used.
   
   After making your selection and proceeding to the checkout page. You will see a link that reads "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here". Click the link and continue to make your purchase using your credit card.
